8Suspension and Termination

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CeanAI and its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to CeanAI during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
